Seminars & Workshops
Group workshops are an excellent way to enhance your ability to cope with and change the environment to best suit your growth. Learning with colleagues and peers can not only gain you extra knowledge on specific office dynamics but can also increase group cohesion and provide a very important supportive buffer barrier for you against occupational and home life stress.
Syntonium have a diverse cross cultural experience working with individuals, Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations and as such are able to deliver a wide range of bespoke topics designed to expand experience and understanding of the ‘techniques’ to master work – life balance.
Below is a general outline of how our intervention approach appears. Costs of the intervention will depend upon group size and company requirements. Across all topics there is a standard format of operation to identify your needs. All information discussed will remain fully confidential under professional client data protection.
Initial meeting and organisational review. Here we meet and discuss your desires and needs and the most effective way to achieve them. There could be a group or individual discussion, however one liaison officer should be appointed for ease of future communication. During this first meeting it is beneficial to have access to the working environment so that we might make some observations on working styles, cultures and dynamics. This meeting is free of charge to your company and your are under no commitment to take on board Syntonium services.
Written report and presentation. You will be provided within a short period of time observations and possible strategy recommendations for change. After which there can be immediate discussions or a consolidation period before engagement.
Implementation of initiatives. Whether arranging therapists to come to your offices, individual executive coaching or designing group training workshops & events, all will be designed to fit your needs.
Assessment and Review. In the time following the initiatives a review making use of a variety of assessment techniques will be carried out and a report presented to the client. Feedback from all involved will help analysis the cost effectiveness of the intervention and identify possible future areas to attend to.
Our services are highly bespoke and can be applied to solving any specific Human factor problems
